Leadership is so important in every aspect of life and in this Episode, I concentrate on Leadership in areas of work, schools, organizations etc... We have a lack of great leaders in America, but I believe there are some great leaders in the making and some leaders who haven't realized their calling yet. 

I look at what makes a great leader, and also, what makes a great follower. Yes, followers have responsibilities too. I break down the various qualities I believe make a great leader and why they are so very important. I hope this episode and the next one ( Part 2 ) will inspire and encourage you to feel confident to unleash your leadership skills and help your team, school, Town, City and Country benefit from the skills and knowledge that you have.
